In this installment, SC Toronto U21 player Camryn Walker takes us through a medium intensity ball mastery routine designed to enhance your balance and improve your weak foot. This routine is perfect for players at all levels, from beginners to advanced.

Ball Mastery Routine

  1. Keep-Ups – Right Foot
Begin with keep-ups using your right foot to build confidence and control.
  2. Keep-Ups – Left Foot
Switch to your left foot, focusing on maintaining consistency and touch.
  3. Keep-Ups – Both Feet
Combine both feet for a well-rounded approach, improving your coordination.
  4. Roll Over – Left Foot
Practice rolling the ball over with your left foot to develop agility.
  5. Roll Over – Right Foot
Switch to your right foot, refining your technique and ball control.
  6. Roll Over – Both Feet
Execute the roll over with both feet to increase your overall skill set.
  7. Roll + Stop
Add a stop to your roll-over technique, enhancing your ability to control the ball in tight situations.
  8. Roll + Stop + Crossover
Finally, incorporate a crossover after the roll and stop to simulate game-like scenarios and improve your dribbling.
