Explosive Jumping

Explosive Jumping is an important skill in any sport. A few times a week soccer players should dedicate a time to work on their various jumping techniques. Here is an exercise to help with your overall explosive capabilities:

One Foot Lateral
Two Feet Forwards
Two Feet Lateral
One Foot Forwards
