Instructions:

  • This rugby warmup is a possession game with the hands.
  • Players try to retain possession with the ball by not being tagged with it.
  • Defence tries to intercept the pass or tag the opposition with the ball to gain possession.

Progression: Add goals and have the players score by a header.

  • A Ball per Player
  • 3 Colours of bibs
  • A Watch
  • A Pump
  • Air Pressure Gauge
  • A Whistle (windy day).
